Good friend Ed Thompson and I climbed Mt. Jefferson via the Jefferson Park Glacier on the weekend of July 22-23, 2006. We ascended to the last clump of scrub trees at timberline below the glacier on Saturday, then ascended to the summit and returned to our camp via the Whitewater Glacier. Very hot weather. Great trip.
